Nice trip......we enjoyed a lot
Company his not genuine with plannin the holidays , these people just worried for there profits no proper services they provide , bcoz the take full payment before the trip , n ones we are left for the trip nothing his cared , they don't have any tour guide to help out in our trip , worst service n this the second time I'm facing , first time they said it won't be repeated but second time it's the same !! Company doesn't think of customers oly thinks of there profit !! Shouldn't travel with surgencia even if they give the package in half rate !!
Our trip to Paradise island Resort Maldives exceeded our expectations on every level. I would like to thank Ranjana and Surgenciaa for it. From the beginning itself, Ranjana has demostrated her care and concern for understanding the needs of our trip. She has presented number of options and worked with us to get an memorable honeymoon trip, While adhering to our budget. We really enjoyed the stay at paradise island, their staff, food, and excursions all were top quality. We had booked 4 days getaway for Maldives. The booking process was very simple and quick. Special thanks to Ranjana who made our trip hassle free. She took care of all our travel requirements and gave us an amazing place with an amazing deal. Their follow ups and reminders were to the point.So far the most memorable trip we had. The prompt and punctual arrangement by operators both in India and abroad resulted in maximum utilisation of time and money. The package amount was much lower than the other operators.
